Regeneration meal

Similarly to the route, there will also be a regeneration point at the finish line offering energy snacks, isotonic drinks, fresh and dried fruit. Additionally, we will make efforts to introduce regional products - tasty and supplementing "kcal shortages", and in case of bad weather - hot drinks - tea, chocolate, etc.

Massage

 

Massage as an additional option is an ideal form of biological regeneration. Qualified physiotherapists will wait for You in the competition base camp from 3 p.m. after end of stages 1 - 4. They shoud "fix You up" realy fast.

Neutral bicycle service

Our specialists - the famous Czech team "Honza, Jirka & Co."  for 12 years has accompanied us at all stage events. We know many good bicycle mechanics, but only one team is able to efficiently and effectively solve technical problems that occur when riding in the mountains.  Our southern colleagues will not leave anyone without help, be sure of it! You can sleep peacefully!

Washer

At the finish line of each stage there will be pressure washers, running water and toilets at the disposal of all competitors. Stroński Park Aktywności also has a swimming pool and showers.
